Use of Use of this website and the products/services offered means that you understand and comply with the terms and conditions as outlined below:

1) Returns - We accept returns within 5 business days upon receiving the goods. Customers are responsible to repack the item(s) back into its original condition and then ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. Item(s) must be in a resalable condition upon receiving. Customer will be assessed a 30% returning fee from the refund.

2) Order Cancelations - We can cancel order(s) if customers contact us within 2 business days. Orders that are canceled prior to shipment will have no penalties. Orders cancelled after shipment will be assessed a 30% stocking/reconsignment/shipping fee. Orders cancelled due to damage during shipping will also be charged with a 30% stocking/reconsignment/shipping fee. Rivan Furniture reserves the right to replace the item by parts, by whole, or only fixing the item.

3) Delivery - Rivan Furniture offers Free Shipping on all items unless otherwise stated specifically. Delivery will either be FedEx Ground (for items weighing less than 140 lbs) and by Freight (for items weighing more than 141 lbs). Delivery will be made no more than 6 weeks. If delivery is not made within 8 weeks, customer has the right to cancel the order without any penalties.

4) Delivery Timing - Rivan Furniture requests 1-6 weeks delivery for all of our products.

5) Mistypes (Typos) - Rivan Furniture is not responsible for any minor errors or misinterpretations of furniture due to typos. If a major error(s) is/are found, customers will be notify immediately and we'll assessed on a case by case basis check.

6) Rivan Furniture reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel any orders at any given time. Orders that are cancelled by Rivan Furniture will not be penalized and refund will be given back in full.
