Return Policy

Returns & Refunds
We will accept returns and refunds within 5 business days upon receiving the item(s) in brand new condition. Please pack the item(s) back into its original form and have the item(s) ship back to our warehouse. When we receive the item(s) in a resale-able condition, we'll refund your money minus a 30% restocking fee.



Exchanges
If during transit you receive the items damaged or broken, we'll be more than happy to replace the parts for you. If parts are not replaceable, we'll have the damage item taken back and we'll sent out a new one for you. But please let us know within 4 business days in regarding the damage.



Order Cancellations
After you have placed your order with us and you feel it's not the right set, please call us or e-mail us within the next 2 business days to let us know you want to cancel the order. Our warehouse guys process order quickly so that you can receive your items right away. If you call us on time, we will have the items cancel without haste.
