--- White Glove Delivery is our newly added special service for our customers. Upon completing the transaction from $1000 or more, you're qualify to have White Glove Service.
Bonded men will be delivering your items, move the items inside your home (1st or 2nd floor), unpack your items, assemble your items (up to 30 mins), and removing all the debris from your home.

--- No, we don't charge for window shopping, feel free to browse around, IT'S FREE!!! You are more than welcome to see and compare our entire selection of the finest furniture available.


5. How long does it takes for me to receive the items that I have purchased from Furniture 300?

--- We usually ship within 2-3 weeks upon receiving and in the order that it was received. Some items can be ship in 5 business days if requested by our customers. But, please contact our customer service associates to learn more about our "Hurry, I need my Furniture" service.
We examine all our items prior to shipping to ensure the products are in their 100% best condition. We also need time to properly reinforce the items to ensure that the items will arrive at your home safely.


6. How do you move the furnitures that I have purchased?

--- We move all of our furniture with a forklift and all items are placed on a metal plate pallet during moving. When we ship out your items, they're place on a wooden pallet. At no given time will your items be touching the ground; whether in our warehouse or the Freight Company's Truck.

7. Are all your items correctly describe?

--- Our company's motto are: honesty, reliable, and professional. We provide you our best knowledge and pictures of the items to view. What you see is what you will be receiving, GUARANTEED!!

8. Is my credit card information secure?

--- The Furniture300 website uses the latest server security technologies and Internet encryption to ensure that all aspects of your order are completely protected and non-disclosure.

9. Will I receive an order confirmation?

--- You will receive a confirmation email from us upon placing an order from us. We usually e-mail you within the day that you have made your purchase. This email is an acknowledgement of your order, and it includes the details of your purchase and a reference number, which is used to assist us when discussing your order in the future, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

10. Do you offer Discounts if I buy several pieces?

--- YES, we can give you an irresistible deal when buying several items, for more info please contact our customer service associates.

11. What hapens if my furniture arrive damage?

--- We always try 110% to protect your investment from casualties during transportation, including: reinforcing packages, inspection, shrink wrapped pallets, etc. But in rare cases, it does occur. However we will NEVER leave you on your own, we will claim the shipment with our freight carrier or if necesary we will take care of the problem even if the claim was denied. But don't be alarm, our safe shipments rate is 98% succesful, and we are aiming for 100% everytime.

12. Do you offer White Glove Delivery Service?

--- Currently we are offering WGDS only in Southern California only. But please don't hesitate to contact our customer service associates to see what other options are available.

13. Do you accept returns?

--- Many on-line furniture sellers say that they accept returns 10 days after the items were received by the customers(for example). That may not be the truth. In reality, you have to absorb the shipping costs back and forth, plus re-stocking fees, open box fines,etc. All these add up! It'll comes to near a price that you paid for the furniture in the first place. We CAN DO the same if you request it. Bottom line is, you are still paying for the items, but without getting to keep them. We strongly recommend our customers to take time to design, measure, and overall choose the furniture that you really like from our great selection.

14. What is Curbside Delivery?

--- Curbside Delivery means that the item(s) are dropped off at your house's curb only. The driver will only get the item to be on the ground, and you will have some help available to move the items from the curbside to your home inside. DON'T WORRY, the Freight company will call you to make a delivery appointment. They won't be leaving your items without consulting you.

15. Can I have the driver move the pallet(s) to my door/front porch/garage?

--- YES, that's not a problem, please contact our customer service associates for more information.
But we would like you to know that the items placed on the pallet are heavy, and the driver use a hand jack-lift to pull the pallet from your curbside to your nearest door/front porch/garage. Please be advise that if you have steps/stairs to get to your door, the driver will stop at the closest step because it'll be too heavy for him to move up the steps.

16. What if I don't want to pay you through the Internet because I don't want my information to be shared?

--- We provide online payment as the easiest, fastest, and most convenient ways to pay for the items. If you have any concerns about your identity, we are more than HAPPY to accept personal check, cashier check, and money order. Sorry, but we don't accept Western Union money orders or cashier checks.
