-- Signature Design is a new division of Ashley Company and was launched in 2005. Ever since then, the Signature Design line has become very famous and successful when it comes to consumers' choice for the home furnishings decor. -- Leather is a material that is created through the process of tanning of hides/skins of animals --- primarily cattles. Tanning is a process of converting the hides from putrescrible skin into a durable, strong, and versatile natural material for multi-uses. It's one of the oldest technology and served as a basic need for human.



-- Full-Grain or Top-Grain leather is referred to as the most-outer layered of the hide/skin. It has not been buffed, sanded, or snuffed down to take off any imperfections on the surface of the hide, except for hairs having removed. So the grain of the hide stays in its most natural state that will allow strong fiber strength which means more durability. Through time, top-grain leather wears out better than any other type of leather (or as we know as a beautiful "Patina" glows). Finest clothing accessories and furniture are made out of Top-Grain leather and they come in 2 types: aniline or semi-aniline.
